Looking overdue family trip

Great place in the town of Swanpool. Great walking trails, lots of wildlife and all things nautical to see. Fantastic place to stay, I highly recommend.

Beautiful location and property

This is the second time we have used the property and it is a beautiful spot for a gathering and getaway. We stay out of season and the property is warm and light with lots of space and comfortable for a large number of people staying. Near to the beach and town so we didn’t need our car for the whole stay.

Great property

This is the second time staying at Swanpool View and it remains a great holiday property. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped and such a great location, overlooking Swanpool Beach. Our three grandchildren just love being on the beach so it is ideal, just a few minutes walk away. It is also close to public footpaths to the other Falmouth beaches. We will be looking to book again for next year.

Spacious accommodation in an excellent location, but with some issues.

Excellent location with sea views and within five minutes' walk of the beach. Spacious accommodation with top-floor open plan living area and comfortable bedrooms. This was our third stay at the property and unfortunately we have encountered some disappointing issues over the last couple of years, some of which were not resolved during our stay. We would not hesitate to book the property again if we could be confident that the issues had been addressed.

Swanpool view - June 2025

Large spacious property with excellent views in a prime location. Very comfortable and clean with private outside space. Additional benefit is being on the bus route to Falmouth town and shirt walk to Gyllenvase beach. Would definitely revisit .

A weeks family holiday in Falmouth

A fantastic house in a great location. I have family connections in the area and this house provided a great base from which to explore and meet friends and family. Everything we needed was provided and the Cornish tea, coffee, jam and scones provided was a nice gesture. Highly recommended !

Exceptional Falmouth Stay

My wife and I stayed in the Swanpool home along with her 90 year old father and her sister with her sister’s husband. All 5 of us really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and modern. The views of Swanpool lake were amazing. The location was excellent with close access to trails and the beach within a couple hundred yards. We walked to Falmouth harbor along a beautiful paved coastal trail one dat and on another day walked on a coastline trail the other direction.There plenty of parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was very nice new kitchen ware and utensils. The house is beautiful and we definitely recommend the home as a perfect place to stay. Thanks all for the opportunity to stay at your home.

Cleanliness and parking

We had a problem with getting out of the drive because of the park cars on either side of the road outside Property. obviously these people are parking they’re not paying to pay on the car park below. This must be an ongoing problem. The stairs going down to the downstairs bedrooms need cleaning on The bottom of the spindles, also The door to the main bedroom does shut due to swelling of door. I’m only mentioning these just to keep you informed and they can be rectified. We had a lovely time, a lovely house in a lovely position.
