"We enjoyed being on the beach but in a cozy cabin in the woods as well! We enjoyed our stay, it was very roomy, clean and we had everything we needed! Would stay here again for sure!"

"We had a great time! Vicky and Blake were very responsive to all our questions and the house was comfortable and reasonably well-equipped for cooking. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board, but we didn’t think to ask for one so that was on us. The house was very easy to access from the beach. Highly recommend. "

"The house was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and well-stocked throughout with linens, extra pillows, and towels. The pool and hot tub were maintained, clean and a great amenity to our vacation! It was a short walk to the beach each day, horses roamed the surroundings, and spectacular sunrises on the upper deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at there for the days we stayed in. The baby gates were helpful for our little dogs to stay on the same floor as us. The host was very responsive and kind. We love Carova and the 4x4 area. We'd absolutely book again! "

"Renee provided an amazing stay! The house and location were very nice and peaceful. They were very respectful and had great communication. If we needed something they were quick to make sure we were helped. The house was very clean and the arcade games are an amazing added bonus. We were able to have fires as well as a short trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful especially with our dog. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to be close to the beach but have some additional privacy in the woods. They had a bunch of beach necessities and some added extra goodies waiting for us. "

"Absolutely beautiful oasis just off the beach. This was our first time at Corova Beach and we had a blast driving on the beach and looking for horses . We saw several horses when the weather was nice and spent the rainy days driving on the beach. The house is in a great location and the deck is nice and private. Tho host was great to deal with and very responsive. We can’t wait to go back!"

"The house was located on a 4 x 4 only beach, which would have been fine if we had been informed prior to our arrival about the conditions to expect and the proper way to navigate them. We arrived after dark, during high tide, with inflated tires. We should have been told to watch the tide charts because the beach becomes impassable at high tide. We were not, and barely made it to our turn off because it was a shortly after high tide. We should have been told about letting the air out of the tires to make driving on the beach doable, which we were not. This resulted in us getting stuck in the sand and a costly towing bill. We were advised against driving the beach at night by the tow truck driver who said it was very dangerous if you were unfamiliar with the beach. There are many hazards that could have ruined our vehicle if we hit one, luckily we didn’t. The constant monitoring and worrying over high tide and our schedule made for a miserable trip. We were obviously not from the area and consider it negligent that the leasing company did not give us any information other than we needed a four wheel drive vehicle. "
