Location: located in a building with 6 apartments all under our management, in the convenient village of Torrette di Fano. Just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all services. Maximum comfort!

Description: first floor of a building. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine - terrace equipped with table and chairs.

Air conditioning in the hallway between the living and sleeping areas.

Private and reserved parking space.

Located in the same building as the apartments REF F001, F002, F003, F005, F006.

Self-check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.

The price includes:

- rental

- water, electricity and gas consumption

- 24h on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
