  • Location: Part of a seafront building, a short walk from the beach and convenient to all major amenities.

    Description: one-bedroom apartmente on the first floor. Entrance to the living room with kitchenette and single bed – master bedroom - full bathroom with shower - second service bathroom.

    The property also includes a washing machine, air conditioning in the sleeping area, Wi-Fi service, and a furnished balcony with a table and chairs for dining. Parking is available nearby. Pets are not allowed.

    Self-check-in - via a lockable key box with a code provided on the day of arrival.

    Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - water, electricity, and gas consumption

    - 24-hour on-site assistance
