"Kitchen staff very rude. Wouldnt even respond to knocking on the door when stuff was empty. Front desk had to get her. 3/8/26"

"the pool was very nice, the free breakfast and dinner snacks were the best at helping cut costs for eating out! The staff was very friendly, the whole hotel was spotless and I couldn’t hear people in the next room over. This was the first time i’ve stayed with this hotel and I will be booking with thai chain in the future! "

"The reviews on Travelocity were much more accurate. This hotel is very run down. They couldn’t find my reservation at check in, the AC didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room. The paint is peeling, the sheets, while laundered, were stained. There were people hanging out in the lobby whom seemed to have just received medical attention. The security guard was with them although one randomly knocked on my door a couple of times. I have stayed in motels nicer than this place. All surrounding hotels were full. This should be a last resort. They only positive was the front desk staff were pleasant."

"No coffee maker in the room, no ice bucket, no cups, and no mat to get out of tub with, also a man riding his electric bike down the hall ways, told the front desk and she was like oh well. The refrigerator was very dirty inside and lady bugs in the room. Not happy."

"Rooms are run down. Blanket had stains in it. Was given the wrong room at check in and got argued with on what i booked. Had to have my key reactivated on the 2nd night since they didnt put both nights in the syatem. Better to stay at another midgrade hotel."
