"Property is beautiful and quiet with lovely views and remote feel while still being close enough to Durango. We mostly used the large kitchen (really nice!) and the two main floor bedrooms. The large king size master (which was very nice) was too far away from the other rooms to work for our family with very young children. Hot tub was nice and easy to access."

"This place was in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to Main Street and also lots of other spots in town and still felt pretty secluded away from the rest of the city. Instructions to find the home were easy to follow and the check in was super simple. Hot tub was amazing too. The TV had connection issues but honestly we were never there during the day enough to really care much about that."

"We had a wonderful time staying in Martha’s guesthouse. It was comfortable, well supplied, and quiet. It was perfect to come back to in the evenings to play games, and we enjoyed the country atmosphere that was close enough to town. Getting to milk a cow and feed a baby calf were just bonuses! Absolutely recommend it!"

"Had all the essentials and the upstairs bedrooms were very insulated from the downstairs noise so it was great for a napping toddler. Would give 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t get hot. Management was very kind and applied a discount to our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was only one night that we spent in the house on our way from the Arches Natl Park (Utah) to Santa Fe. Wanted to split the 6h drive into two. Arrived late in the evening. Found the house easily and felt right at home. It's very spacious. For the first time in our trip, the two teenagers had a room for themselves. They were excited and called the rooms dreamy with good Internet. The kitchen is well supplied and the dining area is huge with two big tables. It would be nice to spend more time in...

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"The 3-bedroom 2-bath home was in a relatively new neighborhood. It had a large brightly lit kitchen (both by natural and interior lighting) with a door that opened to a large covered patio that faced west providing some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen door also had a doggy door and the backyard had a nice yard and gardens bordered by a 6-foot stuccoed wall; so ideal for a dog. The kitchen was very clean and modern with a Keurig coffee maker with numerous flavors available but no sweeteners, so...
