「We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!」

「Very quiet clean comfortable and convenient. Shower is a bit small. You have to like memory foam mattresses. I would stay there again.」

「Master bedroom was awesome! Love the big open living room/dining room/kitchen. We enjoyed our stay tenfold!」

「The house was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to find it well stocked with anything we might need. Ian was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The sub division is crowded but despite that it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Cayce was very attentive even though she was out of town. That's plus in our book.」

「Great location near a beautiful lake. Owner was very responsive!」

「Super spacious. Perfect for multiple families! You can for sure hear the road noise, but it didn't bother us. Kids loved the game room in the garage! Everything was clean and updated. Would stay here again!」

「Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!」

「House was very spacious, more than enough room if you're traveling with quite a few people and its not to far from places to shop.」

「Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a...

「The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.」

「Communication was great! The bedding was soft and comfy, and we enjoyed a good nights sleep during our visit.」

「Responsive host. Pet friendly for our little dog. Convenient location. Easy check in/out processes. The only suggestion would be to replace the beat up loveseat with a new one. We just sat on the other couch. Plenty of towels, soap, and necessary supplies. Would stay again! :)」

「Location was a quiet getaway that was close enough to downtown to take breaks on our vacation if needed. Very clean (minus dusty fans/bathroom fans and a shower drain that wouldn’t clear quickly but they offered to fix while there but we declined). Prompt responses from them with anything that came up. Could probably use more padding on the beds but I might just be old and everything hurts. The 2 bathrooms for a girl’s trip was nice! Everything was orderly. Watch for deer on your drives in and...

「Shannon was an angel of a host, and this tiny home and the incredible view were absolutely perfect. While the reasons why my friend and I had to come to stay weren't glad, her hosting and beautiful home made us feel so comfortable and relaxed during a stressful time. The space is 100% as described, the beds were super cozy, and the view was unbeatable. Forever thankful for this peaceful home and this wonderful host-- what a gem!!」
