Great location with parking in attached deck. Easy access to UA campus and Dickson St activities. Property is on the small size; comfortable for two people with a Murphy bed makes that makes it just adequate for 4. Limited furniture, with no coffee or end tables to set your coffee in the a.m. Nice outdoor patio if the weather is suitable. Grade location an A. Property amenities a C.
