The property has major defects! The steps to the second floor looks like they are about to collapse. $50 deposit on all stays but would give ne receipt. Dirty towels in room. Cracked tiles in unit. Only coffee for fred Breakfast, no ice mzchine. No tissues in the built in dispenser. Do kot stay here!!

My stay at this hotel was an utter disappointment, beginning with a cold reception at check-in and quickly spiraling downward when I discovered our room infested with cockroaches. Eliminating over twenty pests in an attempt to shield my six-year-old daughter from the horror. The state of the room only compounded our discomfort, with dirty, wrinkled sheets and a sticky residue on every surface, suggesting a severe neglect for cleanliness. The advertised "Free Breakfast" added to the dismay, offering a meager brown bag with just a water bottle and a granola bar, far from the nourishing start to the day one would expect. Attempts to address these issues were met with indifference; the front desk attendant, Hare, offered no solutions, repeating "no refund" with a disinterest that mirrored the establishment's overall lack of hospitality. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter, promises of speaking with a manager were met with vague timelines and ultimately, no resolution. Leaving the hotel early was a decision driven by the need to protect my daughter from further distress, yet it came with a significant financial loss. This experience stands as a stark warning to potential guests, particularly families, to consider alternatives where basic hygiene and customer care are prioritized. The low cost of staying here is vastly overshadowed by the emotional and financial toll it exacts, making any savings not worth the compromise to comfort and safety.

When Gita the HOTEL MANAGER checked us in she lied to my face for one. I was told that I needed to provide our service dogs numbers for the computer system. I told her that is a Federal Law by the American Disability Act that you cannot ask me for that. She started lying again telling me she couldn’t check us in without the dogs numbers. Now we had just stayed the same hotel 11 days earlier and NONE of this happened that day. All I was asked is what service do are they used for. We continue to exchange words then she flat out refused to check us in unless I gave her their registration numbers or $80 for a pet fee. They are not service friendly it’s ALL AN ACT. DON’T STAY HERE. Oh yeah there were ANTS in the room.

Brought our dog as it is dog friendly. Our dog found an old chicken bone in our room. A lot of dust on the floors. Neighbors were very noisy all hours of the night. Heard dogs barking 2 doors down early hours of the morning. We think the owners left them in the room alone. The parking lot was sparse with cars and there were a lot of empty rooms. We, the patrons could have easily been spaced few doors apart.

Great place for an overnight stay
The room was very clean and comfortable and the area was very quiet. Right off the highway and close to a variety of restaurants and gas stations. The only complaint is the breakfast advertised was not available, not even coffee. The reason given “We just don’t do it anymore.”

This day at super 8 was quiet and relaxing other than work. Horrible room had lots of roaches. Sheets had burn wholes in them

The property is under renovation and people were coming and going and making a lot of noise in other rooms. Although a few things have been renovated, our room is sub-par. The microwave looks like it has mold in it. The building itself is really old and battered - stairs seem to be falling apart.

Very basic accommodations but just okay for the amount paid. The breakfast was ridiculous, a granola bar and a donut. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
