Fantastic stay

Right in the heart of Fayetteville, this is so close to everything, so convenient with the reserved parking, and so comfortable with all the amenities inside. Loved the stay!

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location

The condo is furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and extra touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Everything was exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to cheer on the Hogs.

Perfect location for campus and Fun

The condo is delightful. Clean and very well stocked. Just off Dickson, close to restaurants. High ceilings made rooms feel even bigger. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Easy check in. Highly recommend!

Clean but not a quiet place to stay

Property was clean but somewhat worn for the price. Had to have property manager come start the fireplace as there were no directions and it was older. The biggest issue was the noise. The sound machine was broken, but even if it was working it would not have drowned out the noise from the bar a few rooftops over( this was when it was about 10 degrees outside) We have stayed in this building before, but on the other side and ground level and had no noise problems. At midnight we finally decided to move to the other bedroom, which was better. The property manager was excellent and very prompt with answering our concerns and brought new sound machines the next day. All in all, nice if you don’t mind the noise.

Perfect for Mom’s Weekend

This was a great place for my daughter and I to spend the last mom’s weekend in Fayetteville! We were with in walking distance to just about everything-two bedrooms and bathrooms and a open kitchen and living space for a great time spent together!

Great Stay!!!

Fantastic property! Very clean and accommodating! There was nothing we were without! Great location downtown and even allowed a late check out with no extra charge! Communication with management was immediate and professional but still felt casual and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!!

Fayetteville at its best!

Beautiful condo located in downtown Fayetteville. Wonderful place to host small family gatherings with access to all that Fayetteville offers for entertainment!

Great Location for Fun in Fayetteville

If you like being close to the action then this place is for you. If you want total peace and quiet then maybe not. Great location, very clean and nice property. Highly recommend

Cozy comfortable condo

This location was perfect for walking to Dickson and the square. We ate at several great restaurants and enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on the square. We felt safe in the condo and beds were comfy!
