「NEVER again. The hotel did not have the room I reserved. They tried to switch me to another room without the amenities I needed. The front desk staff simply said, "We don't have the room available that you booked." The staff seemed unconcerned about addressing the reservation problem and finally offered to cancel the reservation. When walking barefoot in the room, the floors were found to be unclean. The next night, my room key would not work and I had to wait approximately 30 mins for this to be resolved. There was not hot water available for a shower, and after an 18 day, I was less than thrilled. I knew I would not be doing anything but a quick shower and sleep a few hours each...
