Disappointing service; not worthy for the price
"Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. "At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful ..."

"stay is not bad. from airport to hotel, used Pick up service by a company called Donster (google it) to hotel, +248 2529950 . 20 euro. this hotel is like a compartment. has kitchen where u can cook. very nice restaurant nearby called les rochers (reservation needed!!!, nice view with superb food ..."
