This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly, but at this time of year, you receive a wonderful breeze where the ac is really not needed. The shower had great pressure and everything was exactly what we needed. A car is recommended because of the road access to the home, but this area lends itself to driving for the scenery. Would love to visit again! Thank you a wonderful stay.

Fabulous location, friendly host.

Paolo the host met us in the village and took us up to some steep roads to the appartment which has super outlook. The path up from the village is along traditional old narrow Italian walkways (not suitable for anyone with walking or breathing problems).The appartment has everything you could need.

Prachtig appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Heerlijk appartement voor stellen of mensen met oudere kinderen. Wij hebben ons met kleine kinderen (3 en 5) ook vermaakt, vooral in het zwembad, maar stadjes zijn meer dan 30 minuten rijden en dat is vooral met 35+ graden wat veel. Als stel zouden we er ons hart opgehaald hebben met wandelen en eten en genieten van de fijne terrassen en faciliteiten die er voorhanden zijn. Het appartement heeft gelukkig airco wat echt een must was met de temperaturen. Het zwembad is niet groot maar perfect om in te verfrissen. De host is supergoed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam!

Abbiamo trascorso 15 bellissimi giorni in questa casa. L'alloggio è fornito di tutto il necessario per passare le vacanze comodamente. Il proprietario, Paolo, è sempre stato disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni per poter conoscere bene l'Umbria. La casa si trova all'interno di un borgo molto suggestivo. Ideale per famiglie, molto bella la piscina e la zona grill nonché un giardino privato per garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti. Grazie Paolo! A presto

Beautiful area, immaculately clean property. Paolo very warm and wecoming. Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are additional charges so allow for that. A lovely area, with lots to do. Definitely need a car, as mountainous and rural.

Accoglienza straordinaria, posizione invidiabile atta a garantire tranquillità, panorama mozzafiato, punto di partenza per gite nei dintorni (Cascata delle Marmore, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, ecc...), appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort sono gli ingredienti che hanno fatto del nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento Smeraldo un'esperienza incredibile. Assolutamente consigliato e da ripetere.
