“Overall our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. We asked about an early check-in ahead of time and were told that would be fine, but when we arrived the apartment was not ready yet. Parking was also a challenge. Our designated parking spot was taken by someone else, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest and could definitely use some improvement.”

“We just needed a place that was on our way thru a week long trip and see a couple of sights in St. Louis. This was an affordable option. There were issues, but management was receptive to feedback through the app and email they gave. We didn't stay long enough to see if the issues were resolved tho and I never saw the on site management. I was worried about the garage based on reviews, but had no issues with my Ford Explorer. "Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
