"Here’s a strong but professional Expedia review you can post: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. We booked this resort for a special mommy-daughter vacation and experienced issue after issue from the moment we arrived. Several advertised amenities were closed, including major water attractions we specifically booked for. Communication about these closures was extremely poor. Staff claimed guests were notified in advance, yet multiple families we spoke with said they had no idea either. Our room had multiple maintenance issues including a cracked bathtub, paint/chipping inside the tub, dryer problems, and plumbing disruptions during overnight hours. We also experienced delayed maintenance responses and inconsistent customer service throughout the stay. To make matters worse, accessibility requests for my mother in a wheelchair were not accommodated despite being communicated ahead of time. For the amount of money this resort charges, the lack of accountability, communication, and overall guest care was unacceptable. While Florida itself was beautiful and we made the best memories possible, the resort experience did not match the luxury pricing or expectations at all."

"Location 10/10. Aesthetically great- very beautiful. The walls are thinner than toilet paper. It felt like the people next door were literally in our room. Accommodating… not so much. Parking is $40, there’s no free refills (if you’re used to actual Disney hotels). Food selection and coffee not good. "

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "

"My only issues I had with staying there was. Near the first pool upfront close to jacuzzi smelled like cat urine. Also in the shower in room the curtains needs to be longer. Otherwise house keeping always going to have a mess to clean up."
