“Owner is friendly and communicative, room is clean and minimal but does lack places to hang things up or organize your belongings. The bed is very firm and the pillows are pretty flat so I would recommend planning for that if it's something that would bother you, or, ask the owner if they have any other types of bedding (I just didn't want to bother them for such a short stay). Otherwise it's great if you're just trying to find a spot for the night.”

“Hidden little treasure, The little apartment was ideal, the microbrewery was a local sensation, hung out there the following morning prior to our ferry departure. The host was very open to conversation and helpful. Would highly recommend. We will stay again if in the area!”

“I was in town for a conference at the local resort. While I was bummed at first that the resort was booked, I think I got the better deal with this cabin in Birch Bay. Only 15 minutes from Semiahmoo, this cozy cabin was a perfect respite within a quiet, picturesque community. A stone's throw from the water, and away from vehicle noise. The room has a comfortable bed and efficient kitchen with stovetop, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was clean and well, stocked with towels and toiletries. An……

“Lovely stay!”

“We had another great stay in this property! Convenient location, thoughtful amenities, pet friendly. Excellent communication from the host. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in Lynden.”

“It was the most relaxing stay we have ever had in a rental. The size of the unit was perfect for the two of us. Sun rise and sunsets we beautiful. The Wagyu steak we ordered was wonderful, just wished there was a cast iron pan to cool it on. No worries I brought my own. Lol ”

“Can't say enough about this house and the owners. Nicest, most well equipped and cleanest house we've rented. Brian was attentive, helpful and kind. This house had everything our young family needed and we hosted several families to watch Canada advance in their world cup game last Saturday! Every guest we had loved this home. Our kids want to go back yesterday. Highly recommend! Thank you Brian!”

“I think it was a little expensive, but the view makes up for that. What a wonderful little gem! The kitchen was well stocked. There were only a few things I couldn’t locate, like a cheese grater, but no big deal. It was probably there, but I missed it. The deck was amazing. With a radio, you can pick up Ici Musique from up in Vancouver. One of the highlights for us was having a glass of wine on the deck on a warm evening while listening to French jazz as we watched the moon reflecting on the……

“A short walk to the beach and the home is located on a lesser street - less traffic and noise.”

“Loved the property, greatly decorated, very clean . Grandchildren enjoyed playing with all the toys. Nice little community.”
