「The unit was not clean. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped for months, the skirting boards in all the rooms have dirt and mould on them. There is spiders and spider webs along the cornice in all the rooms. The toilet seat in the ensuite was not clean, there is urine all around the top of the toilet and around the fittings of the toilet seat.
