“The location was easy to get, and check in was seamless. The room was clean. There were details about where the rooms were located but there was no information about other areas like kitchen and bathroom. The cleanliness of the other areas of the apartment could be improved. But overall I had a good stay.”

“Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,……

"The room is clean overall, except that the shower gel had run out and not refilled, and there was a used towel on the rack. The location is great and staff are friendly and helpful."
