“We really enjoyed our long weekend on Mona Lake. The house was very well stocked and had every thing we needed. Kim the property manager was awesome and answered any question. We paid to rent the pontoon and loved cruising the lake but it needs more details in the description about the exact dates when the boat rental is extra! But we would definitely like to return in the future!”

“My husband and I enjoyed a weekend in Grand Haven. The house is perfect location, a quick easy 10 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, Grand Haven State Park and Chinook Pier. We walked everywhere! Loved the upper apartment, it was perfect for the two of us.”

“A great get away, its small with stairs, which was no problem for us. The location is wonderful, small towns nearby with good restaurants and grocery stores. A quick drive to Holland and State Parks. We had a wonderful time. And its dog friendly!”

“If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.”

“We had a fantastic stay at our cottage. Beach and bath towels were provided, space was clean and cozy, grill and fire pit out back with chairs. Even the internet access was great. And being steps away from your own quiet beach access point was amazing. Incredible views and very convenient. Would highly recommend.”

“Awesome property sits nicely on the beautiful private sandy beach of Lake Michigan. About 30 steps to the beach and property came with plenty of beach chairs and fire pits. Booking, payment process and access to the property was flawless and enjoyed the stay.”

“Great location and views! The house was very clean and comfortable. Views of the lake are fantastic. Updated appliances, however the refrigerator was uneven. The stairs to the beach are actually two properties to the north and are not easily accessible. One needs to walk down two steep sandy slopes to reach the top of the stairs. The beach is great. Good sand quality for making sand castles. The fire pit needs to be replaced as the bottom is rusted out. Did not use it for that reason.……

“First the good: clean as a whistle. Great location. A good setup for our group. Cons: inadequate kitchen linens. Two bar rags for each kitchen. No dish towels. No dish pan. The mattresses were waaay past their prime and insufficient bed linens. We should have figured it out ahead of time but there’s no ac so bring fans . The weather was perfect so it wasn’t a real problem for us but if it was hot it would’ve been awful.”

“My friends and I stayed at this house for a golf trip we took in May 2024. Made use of the tons of space, the pool, and the rec area when we weren't out on the course! Highly recommend this place to stay for groups of all sizes. Something for everyone to do if you aren't out and about. Bryan and Tara are fantastic hosts, and were so communicative throughout the check-in/check-out process. I will absolutely be staying at one of their properties again when I am on the west side of the……

“Loved staying in Spring Lake! It was a short drive to downtown Grand Haven to see all the shops, Boardwalk, lighthouse, and musical fountain. Very family friendly and picturesque! The house was great and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!”

“We had a great time at this property. It was the perfect space for us. After staying on Lake Michigan a few times, this was exactly what we expected. The views and access to the lake were awesome. Large deck and outdoor space. Indoors very spacious besides the bathrooms- my fiancé is 6’5 and could really only utilize one bathroom. Kitchen had the basics, new grill was nice! One complaint- when we first checked-in we noticed the house was extremely warm- warmer than outside on a 85+ temp day.……
