"This location was a great spot for a quiet weekend with an old friend and little boys. We had plenty of space and the boys slept late after doing laps on the stairs to chase paper airplanes. The boys enjoyed saying hello to the goats and cows on the property. The house was close to the Strausburg Railroad and the Train Museum, both good day trips."

Our favorite part about this property was how stunning it was and being surrounded by animals. This was a great find and it surpassed our expectations. Loved Gemma their Great Pyrenees/new foundland dog so kind and gentle. We enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend staying here."

"We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. "Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. The cottage had all the amenities that anyone would need and was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with sundries. The property itself was gorgeous. Just...
