Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 3:30 PM, with an expected waiting time of at least 2 hours. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are recommended to reserve a room the previous day to guarantee an early check-in or alternatively book a local hotel room in Sheraton Maldives overnight. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout.

Property is not what it used to be. Be careful if you book more than 2 people. Even though the rate includes Breakfast on Expedia when you book 3 people or more, they charge you $100 a day for each person over 2 even if included in the rate. Lots of language barriers even when English is being used. Breakfast quality and selection is not what it was in 2020. Lots of fresh juices, fruit, meats and breads were not available. Raw/Cold Bacon that was not Ham. Stale cereal that was not changed until it was mentioned again the next day. Accompanied by warm milk. The BBQ at night option is amazing. Spices and utensils missing. Stay away. This is not the W it once was.

Unforgettable Honeymoon
As many have said the staff is one of a kind and truly makes your vacation. House reef was amazing. Resort was very accommodating of all our needs and wishes. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing to note is to be careful of what is included and what is not with certain food and boarding options as they can be confusing or not direct.
