Everything about the apartment was great for us. Kitchen etc was fully furnished with everything we needed. Air Con was spot on. WiFi throughout was a benefit. Communication with the owner was brilliant and always available to help when needed. A great holiday experience. Graeme & Deborah.

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

We have just enjoyed another fantastic holiday at the Sunshine Apartments, so much so we have rebooked with Erkan again for next year. He is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble he even helped with arranging our transfers to and from Dalaman Airport The apartment is well equipped with everything anyone would need, a real home from home Great location with access to lots of lovely restaurants only a stones throw away. Complex is very quiet and has a lovely swimming pool right outside your door.

Lovely apartment

We have had a fabulous holiday which passed too quickly. Apartment was very comfortable and met all our needs. Great location close to good restaurants, local market and route into Fethiye or Chalis beach.

Just Fabulous

What can we say. What a fantastic holiday we have just had in this beautiful well equipped apartment. Nothing could of been better. It's location was perfect. It had everything we needed, so much so we have booked again to stay next year. Erkan the owner was very helpful throughout, he even arranged our transfers to and from Dalaman airport and always responded to any questions or requests in double quick time. Amazing location, great apartment.

Whole booking process and arrival process was seamless, even booked transfers. Overall the apartment was excellent. We had a very relaxing week in Calis. Please consider the excellent location of this apartment when booking, you might find alternatives on the outskirts but will spend extra time and money living day to day. Best bakery and cafe babafirin 5 minutes walk Supermarket 3 minutes Sunday Market 3 minutes Beach front 10-15 minutes Taxi butron is on the gate, 15 lira to the beach, we always rounded up to 20

Another Great vacation

Second time we have stayed at this property and will not be the last. Everything you need and the great advantage with this apartment is that its on the ground floor directly next to the pool, so ideal if you have children. We go in October so had the pool to ourselves although a 20 min walk is the beach. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone.

Sunshine apartment

Overall impression was one of pleasant surprise at the facilities available. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. A couple of minor niggles were sorted promptly by Julian - including locking ourselves out on the first night !! Only comment about thet site, is that as it is a mix of resident families with children, and visitors, it could get a bit noisy at times around the pool area. Which brings me to my only complaint aboutr our stay. Arriving late on a Sunday evening , we naturally wanted to use the pool on the Mondayand were informed by an on site resident ( ? from A block who owned 3 dogs)that it was closed on Mondays, We queried this with Julian and he knew nothing of itand apparently neither did the owner. It appears that the reason was a problem with the filtration system which needed replacing. ( This started back in July/August) On questioning a "Resident" it appears that the problem was discussed at an owners / site management meeting and the decision was made to close one day a week.. Whilst respecting the decision it appears that the decision was NOT communicated to the non resident owners, neither was any information made available to the rental apartments. to make them aware of the situation. I would also like to point out that a simailar pool problem developed on another site ( Mix of resident and rental) and the problem was dealt with within 48 hours.. In addition, there was a plate on the wall adjacent to our appartment with water quality details, this was last dated 20th August !!!!

Fabulous Apt.

Our 3rd visit to this apartment. (2nd this year)Excellent location for all amenities. Clean and spacious apartment (we love it) pool is cleaned everyday and the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Excellent communication with owner and management company check to make sure everything is ok during your stay. This apt. Will always be our first choice in calis as we cannot fault it/gets booked up really quickly so don't hesitate if you're looking for a nice apt.

Fab apt/fab location

Arrived home yesterday from our second visit to Erkan’s apt. and it’s still as lovely as we remembered it. The whole apartment was spotless on arrival and the beds were really clean and comfy which is what we needed after a long late flight. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering but to be honest we didn’t use it much as there are lots of nice restaurants at the top of the road. We can highly recommend the ‘secret garden they serve delicious food and the service is great. There is also a takeaway cooked chicken shop opposite secret garden which is handy if you just want a light lunch or dinner. The pool is lovely and clean and the gardens are very well kept. Out and about the beach is about a 20minute stroll and is worth a visit to watch the amazing sunset. Aqua park is 10 minutes away and the new park is about the same (this park is fab and looks great when it is lit up on an evening) we cannot fault this apartment and we are lucky to be going back in 3 weeks time. Communication with the owner is really good so booking is easy and any questions are answered promptly. Thanks for a great holiday and so looking forward to coming back.

Great apartment in a great sun trap

This was our first time in Turkey and not the last! This apartment is ideal as it has direct access to the shared pool (although we were the only ones to use it), and the sun stays on the apartment throughout the day. Julian the manager (nice chap) checked in on us on a couple of occasions, and the apartment has everything you need. We only stayed for a week due to UK school holidays, but would have loved a longer stay. I must also say the the communication with Erkan was fantastic, from the initial booking to the end,a very proactive owner!!! Thank you.

Convenient location.well maintained & equipped property.lovely clean pool.lovely well kept gardens.

From start to finish communication with Erkan was excellent. Management company on hand at all times but wasn't needed apart from one little niggle sorted straight away.plenty of lounges umbrellas etc. Lovely restaurants close by. Plenty of supermarkets.We would definitely recommend the apartment. Unfortunately the dates we want for next year are a!ready booked otherwise we would be going again.

BRILLIANT ACCOMMODATION

The appartment was well maintained and in an ideal location for local amenities like the Sunday market, bars, restaurants and super markets.It was lovely and clean, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Literally home from home. Erkan the owner could not have been any more helpful and responded immediately to any queries. We would have no hesitation in booking this appartment again and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect in every way.

Me and my best friend went with my teenage daughter and her best friend. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned daily and again immaculate. There is a restaurant/bar that does fantastic food just a few minutes walk away that does the most fabulous turkish breakfast for just a few pounds. There is a well stocked supermarket just over the road from the restaurant which is open until late. It is approximately a 15 minute walk/slow amble to the main area of bars, restaurants and the wonderful beach. Everyone is so lovely and attentive. We all agreed that this was the best holiday so far for years. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much Erkan for your help and assistance and for keeping in touch to ensure all was well.

EXCELLENT

Lovely property, 2nd time around for us! Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Both the owner Erkan and property agent Julian are more than helpful. Both give a first class service if you have any quiries. There's a spacious fully fitted kitchen with above average utensils. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, fridge freezer, kettle etc. There's also a kitchen dining area.The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms and has air conditioning throughout. The pool is right outside the rear bedrooms and gets sun all day. The front balcony has a table and chairs and is shady all day, ideal for meals outdoors when it's baking outside. There's also a barbeque built in. It's 5 minutes to the local supermarkets and for you shopaholics, the Sunday market! Busses run from each end of the road for a quick ride to Calis town and the beach. You can also take a stroll to the beach, which takes around 15/20 minutes. There's a huge selection of beach front restaurants, catering for all tastes. Thoughtfully, this property has access for wheelchairs too. Highly recommended, we're booking again next year!

Toll ausgestattete geräumige Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und hell und geräumig die Küche ist ganz wunderbar ausgestattet mit genügend Teller Tassen Gläsern Pfannen Töpfe und so weiter alles da was das Herz begehrt wir haben die Spülmaschine geliebt. Der Pool wie auch der Garten werden täglich gepflegt und der Mensch der für den Pool (Haydar abi) zuständig ist kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft um die Qualität des Wassers und prüft diese täglich. Auf der Gartenanlage sind wunderschöne Blumen zu sehen in allen Farben und Größen und Formen wo es möglich ist ist Rasen und sogar Apfelbäume und Zitronenbäume sind zu finden. Fikret abi, der Gärtner kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft um alles was gün ist und was grün bleiben soll. Beide Männer sind sehr herzlich total kinderlieb und immer für einen kleinen Plausch zu haben. Fußläufig in weniger als fünf Minuten zu erreichen ist ein Supermarkt wie auch ein toller günstiger Bäcker und ein Restaurant was er im höheren Preissegment ist schon eher was für besondere Abende aber mit al abendliche Live-Musik von einem Mann und einer Frau einfach wunderbar ist auch auf unserer Terrasse zu hören gewesen. Einen besonderen Tipp bekamen wir von einer Anwohnerin der Anlage. Es gibt eine Art bootstaxi mit dem man vom kleinen Ableger hinüber nach Fethiye zum Zentrum fahren kann so eine Art Dolmus Taxi. Für Kinder bis zu 8 Jahren ist es kostenlos für Erwachsene kostet es pro Fahrt 7,5 Lira. In Anbetracht des Verkehrs im Zentrum von fethiye den Parkgebühren die man dort überall entrichten muss und dem zusätzlichen Erlebnis welches man hat wenn man mit dem Boot hin übersetzt haben wir das bootstaxi sehr häufig genutzt. Alles in allem haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und planen nächstes oder übernächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung zu mieten. Wir fühlten uns von Erkan bay und den beiden Vermietern der Wohnung sehr gut betreut und standen auch regelmäßig in Kontakt der von deren Seite kam, immer wieder mit der Anfrage ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir noch etwas bräuchten. Das war toll.
