The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay. There are no shared areas and no other guests on the property. The courtyard, private pool, garden, terrace, living areas, bedrooms, and both floors are reserved only for you.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, sofa bed, coffee table, scenic window seating area, and direct access to the garden and private pool. This is a relaxing space to enjoy quiet mornings, cool afternoons, or cozy evenings after a day exploring Fethiye.

The dining area is located near the kitchen and is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. Whether you prepare a simple breakfast before heading to the beach or a relaxed dinner after sunset, the layout makes everyday moments feel easy and comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, tea maker, and essential kitchen equipment. It is designed for guests who prefer the freedom of preparing meals at home during their holiday.

There is also a conveniently located guest WC on the ground floor, easily accessible from the living areas and outdoor spaces.

UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor includes two en-suite bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, fireplace, air conditioning, and Smart TV. It offers a calm and comfortable atmosphere for resting after a day by the pool, at the beach, or exploring the village.

The second bedroom includes two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.

A foldable single bed is also available upon request if needed.

For your comfort, the bathrooms include towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a hair dryer. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid/bar soap, and toilet paper are provided. Additional personal care items, including a dental kit, shower cap, bath sponge, and personal care set, are also available.

TERRACE

Kayaköy is a historic protected area with stone streets and natural ground surfaces. We recommend comfortable shoes when exploring the village.

Due to the surrounding nature and village atmosphere, you may occasionally hear birds, local village sounds, or notice seasonal insects.

Guests with children are kindly asked to take extra care around the pool, stairs, and terrace areas. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas such as the courtyard and terrace.
