"After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out."

"The room was clean. Staff didn’t come and clean the room daily. The bathroom needs updating and could use some tlc. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast sent to the room was okay."

"Room and the location was great. Just one of the curtain could be longer to reach the ground. I had to put my luggage there to block out the view from the outside lol... The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I came back to Traverse City."
