Casa l'Oca, a spacious and bright house in the heart of Tuscany, in the Chianti area.

Casa l'Oca, also called the house with seven balconies. This modern but charming house is located in the heart of Ponte agli Stolli, an ancient village in the center of Tuscany. Built on three floors it is equipped with all the comforts that you can ask for in a holiday home.

NOTE: the owners are willing to prepare a lunch (or dinner) with a typical Tuscan menu at the price of 20 euros per person (30 with Florentine steak). Wine and drinks included.

On the first floor there are the kitchen, the dining room, a bathroom and a beautiful and bright living room with fireplace, piano and 44-inch flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor just outside the main entrance is the garden with table and barbecue.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom while the third floor consists of an elegant study with a double sofa bed and an additional fourth bedroom.

The unique feature of this house is that each room has a balcony with a view of the surrounding countryside.

Another important feature is the private parking with automatic gate that can hold up to two cars.

The services offered are varied: free broadband wifi throughout the hotel, fireplace with wood included, flat-screen cable TV, barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine.

Located in a very convenient strategic point just 7 minutes from Figline Valdarno with its supermarkets and shops and outlets like the famous 'The Mall' and 13 minutes drive from Greve in Chianti and the fabulous hills of the most famous countryside in the world, the our structure offers everything you can ask for a holiday of relaxation and well-being.
In about 25 minutes you can reach Florence via the motorway and in just over 40 you can get to the wonderful city of Siena.

In the area you can find several attractions such as the Camping Girasole with swimming pools and other activities, the Old Texas riding school and several restaurants for every price range. The village of Ponte agli Stolli has a minimarket with local gastronomic specialties and an excellent restaurant with bar.
And if you want to venture into the 'wild side' of the place there are many paths that cross our forests and a river near the house where you can swim in the summer thanks to its natural pools carved into the rock by water during weather.
