There was lots of room of the 8 of us, liked the idea of a tv room for the children and a lounge for adults. There wasn't enough utensils in the kitchen for such a big group but I've spoken to the owner and he will rectify that. House was so close to the shops, which are lovely, restaurants very good and Tesco 5 min walk away, beach 10 mins down and 30 mins back!! Lovely clean beach, so all in all, lovely break.

Family of four adults so plenty of room in 4 bed property. Clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable sitting room,snug and beds. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining areas. Really well located for town and beach. Home from home. Bath tub and shower would benefit from having bath mats as they were quite slippery. Also, shower in ensuite on first floor too hot, Couldn't alter temperature. Lovely and warm with heating but could have done with some blankets for beds. Plan to stay again when in Filey. Lovely stay.
