"got in late. check in ok...but not very friendly.
it's a big motel and it's busy so was a bit noisy.
next morning i got up to shower and discovered zero soap.
called reception and was told to come pick it up ... pablo tried to help and seemed to support the customer service notion that the soap should be delivered to the customer's room...but the manager had a different concept of customer service...she felt it was quite appropriate to expect the customer to get dressed, go all the way to reception and pick up the soap themself....
NOT MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
we had another reservation for 2 weeks time, so cancelled that and left.
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE."
"Hotel staff are helpful but room had wall AC heating unit heat did not work, balcony light not working, bathroom shower did not drain well,. Shampoo ran out. Did not know Clock alarm was preset for 6am unexpectedly wake up alarm. Did not feel like a Sheraton hotel but felt like old run down hotel.
Needs to be completely reburbished"
