el soggiorno, non proprio comodissimo..

In generale la proprietà è come descritta: centrale, pulita e recentemente rinnovata. Il personale con cui ci siamo interfacciati quasi sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci sono state alcune piccole cose che non ci hanno lasciato completamente soddisfatti: le spese di pulizia obbligatorie di 90 euro non menzionate nel momento della prenotazione, i tre piani di scale strette e l'ingresso poco curato (portone che affaccia sulla strada e non si chiude) e il posteggio che loro definiscono "in loco" ma è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla casa e per una sola macchina. Un pò di chiarezza in più nell'annuncio non avrebbe guastato. Ringraziamo il servizio clienti di Hotel.com che ha riposto prontamente e in maniera eccellente alle nostre "lamentele"!
