“Very nice property, perfectly located on beach front with super views. Apartment was easy to fine and presented nicely. Furniture and fittings quite basic but ok and very little storage space for clothes in the upstairs bedroom and only had two sun beds on the balcony which is not really enough for four people. Parking comes with the property in form of a lockable garage but be aware you will only get a fairly small car it to it. We had a Citroen Berlingo which you could not get in without a……

“Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. ”

“It was a nice stay in Calpe. The Casa Sunrise has a perfect view towards the Ifach at the beach. What we did not know was, that the appartment complex did belong to a Hotel that closed some time ago. The appartment itself is nice, new renovated, clean and air conditioned (necessary in summer!!!). ”

“Great location if can bare the noisy bars opposite so ideal for fun parties. Communication was terrible at times from property owners , all emails in Spanish asking for a deposit after booking , all of this should be done is Expedia not by external emails. Trying to get the keys was a pain as there was no contact from the. Vendor despite multiple emails and phone calls, info wasn’t given until the day before the stay. Other than that, you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful, ideal……
