We had a stellar stay! The cottage is absolutely perfect - beautifully equipped and immaculately clean. It truly felt like home. Communication with the host was excellent, extremely prompt and friendly. The resort amenities were awesome, from the lake to the pool to the local market. We fell in love with this place, and we will be back!

Nice property and beautiful views. Ralene was very effective at communicating. Resort is built on a very steep hillside and to get upto the pool or down to the lake was an extreme hike. There were options to hire a golf cart although it was 125 per day. We were not aware of the gradients of the hike when we booked.

My husband, dog and I had a great time at La Casa resort at Raelene’s place. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Lots to do in that area and in Fintry PP that is close by. Proper vacation, quiet and peaceful at the fall time.

Clean and bright - amazing spot for a family week away. With 2 teens there was a lot to keep them busy, between the pool, Wibit, and mini-golf. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Do yourself a favour and rent a golf cart!

Great cottage at La Casa

The cottage was modern, clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well during our stay with temps in the mid 30s. The owner provided all the necessary information and was quick with responses. We enjoy La Casa every year and we look forward to staying here again.

Lovely resort with lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The Cottage was well stocked and well kept, we didn’t lack for anything. And we saw dear on or near the property every day, which was an unexpected bonus!The one downside is the road from West Kelowna to the resort; it is 25 kms, narrow and winding. Driving it at night is harrowing.

Raelene was a wonderful host. I was thankful for her quick communication which included some great tips for what to do around there. The welcome package that she supplied was very informative. I have read others comments about the loft. It was described as a loft which generally means open walls. Beautiful views of the lake from up there. The place was spacious for a family of five and two dogs. The queen beds were comfortable and had nice quality sheets. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were lots of leftover spices and noodles which we didn’t use. There were a few negatives but we believe that they were one offs and have brought these to Raelene directly. One thing is that there is no ice maker (first world problem) so you can buy ice at the market or use the ice tray. Check out was easy. We didn’t need to do a lot when compared to other places we have rented. Last, while it is labeled as a partial lake view, you can really appreciate how much you see. There is an empty lot in front, off to the side. Thanks Raelene for hosting us. You have a beautiful cottage.

Beautiful home in peaceful location

My husband, son, and our dogs spent several days here. The home is wonderful, bright, and very clean. We loved having the big enclosed deck and BBQ. It felt like being at home! Only in a better location with some nice views :). I should also mention the host Raelene is incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. I recommend staying here!
