A fantastic stay !

A fantastic and spacious villa in a quiet area with a breathtaking view at the etang and the Mediterranian See. The owner is very friendly and very helpful which made our week in the villa a fantastic week!

Wonderful Property

This property is even more breathtaking in person, it has everything a family would want for a very comfortable stay, spacious living areas, large kitchen, swimming pool and breathtaking views from the balconies. Great communication with the owner and property host with a wealth of information for the area which is great to explore. I would absolutely stay here again.

A fantastic stay

It was the second time we have stayed in this breathtaking villa, we had a fantastic week and enjoyed the swiiming pool a lot, a very spaceious villawith a very pretty view, it was a great pleasure to stay here.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen in diesem hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht und diese sehr genossen. Der wunderbare Ausblick auf die Küste, der tolle Pool zum Abkühlen und die Ruhe des verträumten Örtchens Fitou haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ein traumhaft schönes und sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus!

Séjour très agréable à Fitou

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa avec un groupe d’amis. La maison est très pratique, propre et spacieuse. Les chambres et la literie sont très bien également. La terrasse (et sa vue !) est top, nous y avons passé presque tout notre séjour. La piscine est super avec un petit bémol, il n’y a plus de soleil en fin d’après-midi du fait de l’exposition. Tout cela pour un prix très honnête à mon goût. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Superbe villa : très belle semaine

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Fitou dans cette magnifique villa. Points forts : piscine, vue, climatisation, intérieur très spacieux, très propre. A noter aussi qu’il n’y a pas du tout de moustique et que l’on peut ainsi passer d’agréables soirées sur la terrasse à profiter de la vue. Environnement très calme et apaisant. Les plages de Leucate à proximité (en voiture) sont magnifiques. Merci à la propriétaire pour cette belle location qui nous a enchanté. La piscine est d’une profondeur d’environ 1,50 / 1,60 mètre sur toute la surface. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour à Fitou et ses environs

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans les environs de Fitou. Beaucoup d’activités à proximité : bateau à St. Cyprien, vélo électrique sur Fitou et visites de caves ;)…). La maison est spacieuse et conforme aux photos. Très propre à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré des hôtes charmants. La vue de la maison est très agréable. Seul petit bémol : l’autoroute est au deuxième plan et la mer en troisième. Rapport Qualité / Prix : excellent (comme dirait LouLou V) Nous recommandons fortement.

Très belle villa

Contents d’arriver après une route parsemée de bouchons, nous avons découvert une grande villa très propre, bien équipée, et dont la vue est effectivement à couper le souffle. Nous avons été accueillis cordialement par une parente de la propriétaire qui avait mis à notre disposition dans le réfrigérateur une bouteille d’eau Cristaline et une brique de jus Jafaden. Après le trajet, nous nous sommes pliés à l’exercice de lecture/signature de 13 pages d’état des lieux et d’inventaire. Certains produits de base annoncés mériteraient d’être moins contingentés (4 rouleaux de papier toilette pour un séjour de 15 jours à 5 personnes par exemple). Cependant, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa à la vue sur mer somptueuse et dont l’orientation générale Sud-Est permet à la terrasse dégagée de profiter du soleil du matin, jusqu’en milieu d’après-midi. Il est à noter tout de même, que le bruit de l’autoroute A9 située à 800 m de la maison à vol d’oiseau, est proportionnel à la densité du trafic de poids lourds et en fonction de la direction du vent.

Très jolie villa avec vue magnifique totalement conforme à la description. Et très propre. Une belle surprise a l arrivée une bouteille de muscat offerte ainsi qu une bouteille d eau La vue est superbe . Propriétaire très réactive. Un beau séjour que n ou pourrions renouveler à l'avenir.

Havre de paix à 10 kms de la côte

Propriété dotée d'une vue remarquable sur l'étang de Leucate. Très fonctionnelle et vaste; jolie piscine. Tout le nécessaire pour vivre des vacances agréables est prévu dans la villa.Le village de Fitou n'est pas loin ce qui permet d'aller à la rencontre des vignerons mais aussi de trouver du pain frais le matin. La plage ( Leucate-Plage) est située à 15 mns en voiture,. Fitou est un point de départ formidable pour découvrir l' Aude , le pays cathare, les Pyrénées orientales.
