Many thanks to the amazing team! Our room was beautiful, clean and relaxing! The spa staff and services were amazing! Our dinner and breakfast had so many delicious and flavourful options. This was our third stay and we would highly recommend it!

Relaxing beautiful stay would definitely return!

Awesome relaxing stay! We liked this hotel and staff so much that we rearranged our plans and returned for another week! The food was wonderful, we enjoyed the daily brunch options, the delicious coffee and often returned to dine for dinner.

Prenotata la camera il 16 novembre per pernottare il 30 di dicembre una camera excetutive, coppia più bimbo di un anno , ci siamo ritrovati al piano terra, perché avevamo un cane maltese di piccola taglia, promettendoci che ci avrebbero dato una camera di pari categoria, ma in realtà ci hanno dato una classica piccola. Avevamo chiesto a novembre se ci sarebbe stato il cenone di capodanno in albergo e ci avevano già detto il prezzo, ma il 23 su mia richiesta, perche ‘ volevo prendere visione del menu ‘, ci hanno comunicato che non ci sarebbe stato nessun cenone e mi hanno inviato dei numeri di altri ristoranti che oramai erano tutti al completo. Il proprietario è una persona gentile , anche le impiegate della spa per il resto il mio voto è 0 . La persiana non si chiudeva , l’acqua calda funzionava ad intermittenza. Fatte le nostre e rimostranze si sono mostrati indifferenti con il sorriso ovviamente. Poco gentile il ragazzo della reception . Lo consiglierei ? NO

Non sono riuscito a farmi la doccia perché non c era Acqua nella struttura !! Il telefono fuori servizio per contattare la reception quindi mi decido a scendere e alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi viene detto che dovevo lasciare la stanza alle 10:30 ( premesso che la mia fidanzata si è lavata con acqua fredda ) quando era da più di un ora che provavo a comunicare con qualcuno !! Non mi hanno fatto parlare con il direttore dicendo che era fuori sede e morale della favola sono partito per lavoro senza avere la possibilità di farmi una doccia !! Pessima esperienza , non soggiornerò mai più in questa struttura !! Risposte ridicole e mancanza di professionalità !! Per una cosa del genere il rimborso della stanza dovrebbe essere d obbligo , vergognatevi

Problema parcheggio!!

Ho soggiornato al Touring per un paio di giorni in compagnia di mia cognata disabile con difficoltà motoria e ci siamo trovate in generale molto bene eccetto che per il parcheggio, dovendo prendere l'automobile per qualunque spostamento non sempre è stato possibile trovare vicino all'hotel un posto auto pertanto abbiamo vissuto un po' di disagio.

A due passi dalle fonti

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, per le cure termali con l'acqua di Fiuggi, l'hotel si trova a due passi dalle fonti e dal centro, la camera era pulita e confortevole, l'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di eliminare la moquette, secondo me ormai fuori moda e un po' maleodorante, e di aggiornare il mobilio. I punti favorevoli sono la centralità dell'albergo, la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff e l'abbondante colazione.
