The towels were old and must have been washed using conditioner as they did not dry you after a shower. There was a beer festival on the weekend we stayed and the volume of the music outside was exceptionally loud and even inside the annex with the door and……

“The Victory provided a clean room and en suite . The room was very small, only 2 small shelves for storage, 2 coat hangers and a small double bed that filled the room providing very little space to squeeze past the bed. En suite 30cm x 12cm shelf, no other place to put toiletries etc but good shower and washbasin. No one around for breakfast at 9:00am so went out to find something to eat. Really lovely staff member helped when we were checking out. The room had been refurbished but bed too small……

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had……
