Ocean View Townhouse

Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing in the ocean. View the ocean from the balcony off the Master Bedroom or the Living Room. This townhouse features: a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 dressers, and a big closet . The second bedroom has twin beds, a dresser, and 2 closets. There is a T.V. in the living room, and both bedrooms. A good size eat in kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops , tile flooring, dishwasher, and microwave. It is equiped with dishes, glasses , pots and pans, and baking pans. There is a full size washer and dryer. Dining room features a larger pub table with 6 chairs that enables you to enjoy the ocean view during meals. The living room provides easy access to the balcony and has 2 chairs and a couch.

This was the second time at this location and plan on coming back sooner than later loved walking on the beach and found some cool shells and found alive starfish that I got to hold before setting it back in the ocean!!

The location is fantastic. Flagler beach is quiet but not desolate. The view from this condo is fantastic! Both the living room and master bedroom have an ocean front view with beautiful sunrises. The balconies are good sized and perfect for a cup of coffee as you watch the ocean. The pool area is clean and quiet. No issues with crowding at all! We also got to see a rocket launch at 4:21am. It was pretty spectacular. The accommodations are nice and it was everything we needed for a great stay.

This is a fantastic property - absolutely stunning ocean views on two levels, great beach access and use of a lovely pool too. The house is beautiful- well furnished, so comfy and has all the equipment you need and more. We loved staying here - the beach views are so good from the deck that we felt that we never left the beach. Have been to the Flagler area several times and the charm doesn’t grow old - we hope to be back soon.

Great Flagler stay!

We love staying in Flagler beach! We booked this townhouse last minute and brought our dog for a long weekend. Great location! Townhouse was comfortable clean and had amazing views! Spend all day on the beach right across the street. We brought our bikes and didn’t have to drive anywhere. We will absolutely be checking this place out again next time we come!

Beach Front Vacation

Third trip to area and this rental was our favorite stay! Even Bristol our dog loved the balcanies to sit and smell the ocean breezes! She loved laying on the bed in the evenings watching the waves! The pelicans were fun to watch fish! Very clean, very comfortable stay, we had everything we needed and then some! Thank you Jim and Judy!

This was the perfect property for us. We stayed 3 weeks, and had various family and guests throughout our stay. Everyone loved the place. The location could not be better...literally 3 minutes walking to the uncrowded beaches. A 15-minute walk into the town center gave options of needing a car or not to explore.

Winter Get-A-Way

We have stayed at this condo complex a couple times now and it doesn't disappoint. We love it, our dogs love it. It's a great location in respect to the beach and access to town. Everyone is very friendly in the neighborhood. The balcony privacy is nice to enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise. Can't say a bad thing about it!!! If you get the chance, book a stay with them, you'll be happy!!

Beware. Owner lies

The condo was dirty and in need of major repairs. Upon entry the top step was down to the raw wood and the tile was cracked and missing. There was Huge basketball size hole in the wall behind the sectional, which was dirty and unattached. Leak damage on the ceilings in kitchen and living room with active leaks. Bathtub has a large rusted hole in the bottom covered up by a rubber mat and did not drain due to a large hair clog. Tub was unusable and gross. Lots of peeling paint on walls and debris on floors from ceiling water damage. The icemaker did not work, and the front of the refrigerator was damaged from water leaks. To top it all off, we noticed an ant trail underneath the rug in the living room. The location and view are awesome and the king size bed was actually comfortable but this unit is Definitely not worth $305 a night. We contacted the owner during our stay and she was aware of the hole in the wall and said she rented to us anyway because she didn’t want to disappoint us. She said there was no time to do the repairs in between all of the renters. Then she told us that her family had stayed there the week prior to us.. She did agreed to give us half back for all of the issues but a month and a half later only sent a fraction of that. Unfortunately, the dishonesty is worse than the conditions of the condo. Stay here at your own risk.
