Good Location

Enjoyed our stay. The house was large and was perfect for our family gathering for our son's NAU graduation. We were able to spread out, with the large dining area, living room and fabulous outdoor deck. Some of our elderly family members had issues coming up the steep driveway and stairs, but were fine once inside the house.

This home is a real gem!

Our family group of 6 stayed here to attend the high school graduation of a relative. It was a great property for us! The house had many supplies for our stay and the house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were generously sized. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need…and more. The neighborhood is quiet and right on a nice walking trail. The property owner was fantastic to work with. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was truly one of the best VRBO properties that we’ve ever stayed at!

This home is outstanding for a family gathering. Plenty of room, nice sized kitchen, play room for toddlers, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was fantastic to work with.

Great location and home!

Property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for us, out of town and way from traffic. Great room, kitchen and big dining room are perfect for gatherings/family meals together.

Amazing and Cozy

This property was absolutely perfect for our family and friends Santa trip! Plenty of room for the three families each with two kids that ranged from 1-7! Toy room was an amazing feature for the kids as well as the beautifully decorated GIANT Christmas tree! Loved everything about our stay and will DEFINITELY be back!

Perfect Weekend Stay

We had a group of friends stay here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us! The location is amazing, 5 mins from the airport and 5 mins from the grocery. But still felt somewhat remote, as it sits up against some woods with a few walking trails. We will probably book this house again this winter for a ski trip.

Great getaway for large families

Had a great experience for our annual family winter trip. 6 minutes away from the Flagstaff snow park and plenty of room to house our growing family. Can’t wait to come back next year! Highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking to get away. Kitchen has all you need and the 6 rooms are spacious

Wonderful house, perfect for families

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were a group ranging from 2 to 91 and everyone was very comfortable. The house accommodated a large family gathering. We are able to enjoy large meals around the large dining room table and gather in the living room watching movies. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was very kind and responsive. We hope to come back.

Siblings reunion

This house was perfect for our reunion of six siblings with spouses/partners. We each had our own room for sleeping. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view. The dining room table easily accommodated our group. It was very relaxing for all of us!

Family fun vacation

This was a once and a lifetime vacation for our family. There is so much to explore in the area that we didn’t take a day off. Great experience for all. We had more than enough room in this lovely house and the layout was great for our family of 8. The only thing that would have been even better was to have air conditioning to cool off the house for sleeping. It was a hotter than normal by the end of the week. Highly recommended.
