Great for large groups

We had 7 adults, 10 teens stay here. Everything was great. Loads of room to not be on top of each other. Clean, new. Easy to navigate checkin/out process.

Near NAU, quiet neighborhood and loved the house. Patio view of the pines. Kitchen accommodated our cooks and meal plan. Spacious upstairs and privacy priorities were provided. Would repeat the trip and stay longer.

Very Nice Home

We enjoyed this rental. VRBO Map blatantly shows this home INSIDE Pine Canyon, it is not. You don’t find this out until given address two days before trip. Neighborhood heavily under construction, which is in description. This home has many little repairs needed from new construction “punch list”. (Lots of construction dust) Overall, it will be a beautiful home & neighborhood once finished. Our only disappointment, which was HUGE to us, the home was not inside Pine Canyon Gated Community where we have friends and a few meetings planned. The map should show it in vicinity/ approximate neighborhood it actually is (and where other vrbo homes are). I absolutely believe this was false advertising, vrbo takes no responsibility. Not right.
