「We really enjoyed having such a comfortable "base of operations" for our stay in the Flat Rock/Hendersonville area! Each time we returned to The Lodge we were greeted with "Welcome Home" by the staff at the front desk and it truly did feel like we were coming "home" each time. We would recommend it to anyone and look forward to possibly returning ourselves.」

「The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices.」

「The room was cozy. The staff responsivity was non-existent! We initially got in with our code. We asked for an extra blanket, and they said they had no staff onsite. It was only 7:45. We left for dinner, then came back and the code DID NOT work to reenter. We texted the staff and received NO REPLY. We were LOCKED OUT from our belongings and our room. It was raining and we were stuck waiting for a response. Frustrated and waiting for hours, we retried multiple times to re-enter the room. ...
