"This location was perfect for our weekend trip to New River Gorge. The house had everything we needed and we loved the big screened in porch and river view. Definitely recommend going less than 10 mins up the road to the Sandstone Falls Boardwalk."

"The cadin was what I expected. True to the pictures. It was very clean. I chose this place to get closer to God and that was what i got. My only suggestion to the property's owners is that the screening around the porch be fixed. It let in some yellow jackets and a couple got in the house. Would not be good if somebody staying there got stung and was allergic to them. Overall, I would go back."

We really enjoyed the privacy of the location and the camp feel but with all of the comforts of home! "We came for a wedding at Pipestem Resort State Park. We all had the option of staying at the resort, however we chose otherwise. It was so cozy and such a cute little cabin. We enjoyed having our own space and being able to have our own bedroom. The host has thought of everything that anyone could possibly need. We enjoyed it thoroughly! The scenery is breathtaking!! Highly highly recommend this place!"

"This cabin was clean, easy to find, and local to the trails. Linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, and coffee were included. It was perfect for us (2 adults) because we were visiting with friends and really just needed a place to shower and sleep. There was a grill outside, plus additional seating which would have been well used if we had spent more time there. One critique would be that the bed was very firm and not as comfortable as I would have liked."

"Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining. The house has an in-line water heater which was nice! The location is 45 minutes from Winterplace ski resort and about a 15 min car ride to most retail restaurant establishments. ...
