「We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to anything in Glenwood Spring you may need. 」

「Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

「Perfect little getaway. Very clean and a ton of space. Great in home movie setup and in a quiet neighborhood. Great for business trip/couples/or families. Will stay again. 」

「It’s a fun little place to come back to after hanging out in Glenwood Springs all day. The property manager had great communication when we needed anything. The kitchen and refrigerator were great for cooking & storing cold food we brought on a road trip.」

「Had to re-wash every dish I went to use. The sponge for cleaning smelled of mildew. Couldn't take a very good shower due to hot water temperatures goings from hot to cold continuously. Was verry cold aswell, Couldn't find temperature gaga to adjust so we ran the space heaters for 3 days straight and was still freezing 」

「We chose this place because of its proximity to hanging lake (which turned out to be closed), Rifle Falls, a decent drive to Maroon Bells, and Glenwood Spings. It was clean and everything we needed was there. It’s a great little spot in a nice neighborhood. We stayed here two nights and spent the last night at the GS resort. We should have stayed at this place longer. It’s certainly more comfortable than any hotel. The hot tub is a really nice touch too. 」

「My husband and I were looking for a place to stay for part of our honeymoon and stumbled on this property while planning. We initially thought it looked fun so we booked it. Looking back at our honeymoon, this location ended up being our favorite part of the entire honeymoon. Kim and Cory were such kind hosts and made our stay so unique and memorable. 「Wonderful little private apartment. The owners live up stairs & are a charming young family. The view of the river looks just like the pictures. So gorgeous really hope to return! 」
