HostnFly offers you this charming and cozy apartment that will be perfect for a tourist stay in Fleury.
With an area of 55 square meters, it has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people.
You will love its location, close to the sea and close to all amenities.

## Logement
Located on the raised first floor (ten steps to climb), the accommodation comprises :
- two bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax in after a day's walking.

The apartment offers sea views, a balcony, and easy access thanks to one-way street parking.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: TV, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It is :
- three hundred meters from the beach;
- close to numerous shops and restaurants, and the daily market in the main square;
- and a ten-minute walk from a "Spar" supermarket for your daily shopping.

Some places of interest to visit:
- Saint-Pierre La Mer beach, 10 minutes' walk away;
- Narbonne Plage Marina, 6 minutes by car;
- L'œil doux and Domaine de l'Oustalet, a 17-minute drive away;
- The Massif de la Clape, 28 minutes away by car, and much more.

Enjoy evening entertainment and concerts, as well as the night walk along the main boulevard every evening in July and August.
The towns of Gruissan and Narbonne are just a twenty-minute drive away.

## Emplacement
A warm coastal town in the north-west of France, Fleury preserves its rich historical past. Walk along the dike with views of the English Channel and chalk cliffs. A traditional fishing port is still in operation. Old town of cobbled streets and half-timbered houses. Main sites: Romanesque church, medieval castle and local museum. Renowned for its seafood gastronomy and local specialties. Sandy beaches for swimming and water sports. Ideal destination for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Appartement bien situé mais des améliorations à prévoir pour assurer un confort au locataires

L'appartement est bien situé, près du marché et de la plage.Cependant l'appartement reste dans son jus et nécessiterait une rénovation. La literie est a changer ainsi que certains meubles et équipements que l'on ose utiliser par peur de les casser.Les cloisons avec les autres appartements sont peu phoniques, ce qui peut être dérangeant pour ceux qui souhaitent être au calme.Autre point 100 pour le ménage c'est a mon sens excessif au vu de la superficie.
