"We had a family gathering over Christmas and this was the perfect place for us! The house was beautiful! "First the staff was lovely (an especially big shout out to Sandy). Second, a suite does not exist! This was not the hotel’s fault (my husband was there when the staff was on the phone with hotels.com asking them to again fix the incorrect listing and detailing the multiple issues with people arriving who had booked a room they didn’t have) but since I see it still hasn’t been fixed maybe this review will save someone some aggravation. Because we were there over memorial weekend and in town for a big music festival finding an alternative room was not an option. We booked the non existent suite as we were traveling with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and has a number of medical needs that require traveling with a lot of stuff, so the extra room is a necessity, not a luxury. The staff got us into an ADA room and even removed furniture to make the space workable for us. But the hotel itself was not great. The room we wound up with rundown. The sprayer in the shower had a broken base so you could only shower holding it, there was no way to attach it to the wall. Just a general rundown vibe, lots of stains and chipped furniture. Have food allergies so never checked out breakfast but the coffee was good. If the staff decides to open their own hotel I’d definitely give it a shot, but will be looking elsewhere next year."

"Last minute reservation after riding motorcycles all day in the rain. Clean rooms, hot breakfast, and the staff was very polite and helpful.. Very motorcycle friendly. They let us park our bikes under the large awning at the front door. Will stay again if in the area"

"Overall it’s a great property. It rained all weekend so we were unable to take advantage of the beach or golf course. Be sure to ask for turnover service if you want it- they will not clean your room unless you ask. They didn’t tell us this when we checked in which is why I gave it four stars."

"The pool was closed for repairs, a fact that was only shared when we checked in. That was disappointing, especially because their heating swimming facility is advertised on a big sign in town. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. It was large, with two bathrooms. It’s essentially two rooms, but the door between the living room and bedroom didn’t have a lock on the inside, so it doesn’t quite provide total privacy. Rooms are quiet. Overall it’s a good value, albeit with the ambience of a work-in-progress."
