"Somewhat dated but nice place. Front desk is only open until 11 but showed up after and they leave room key in an envelope for you at the front desk. "
"This is our first time staying at the Holiday Inn in West. We stay in West a lot for snowmobiling & this has been on our list of places to try & I'm SO glad we did! The room was a great size with 2 queen beds & a sitting area. Everything was nice and clean.
The property texted us before arrival for any questions we had - I confirmed my husband's name was on the reservation since he would get there before me & asked about snowmobile trailer parking. An actual human responded which was nice. Unfortunately, when my husband got there to check in the person at the front desk (Geoff) gave him a hard time and said his name wasn't on the reservation. I had to call and speak with Geoff and then he finally looked in the reservation and saw that my husband's name WAS on the reservation & saw the entire conversation I had with the person a few hours earlier. This was the only hiccup we had during our stay.
At first the $15 amenity fee seemed a little excessive but then we realized ALL the amenities that were included (game room, pool, nightly delicious fresh cookies, an assortment of ice creams -which I think my son ate his $15/day in, discount at the restaurant and kids eat free, and free guest laundry - which we didn't utilize this time but it's a great perk!)
My kiddo loved that the pool had a giant TV with family friendly movies playing all the time - he even made a request for the next night & sure enough they had his movie on! "
"So incredibly charming! Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Indoor gas fire place. Quiet. Outdoor propane fire pit. Had everything we needed. Cannot wait to go back."
"The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone. "
