Great stay for our family. We ended up getting two rooms for three adults and two kids. They even set up an extra rollaway bed for the kids so they didn’t have to share the pullout. Kept our bags until our room was ready early and after we left. Great stay overall.

The apartment was beautiful, great location. My only complaint is that trash was not taken out every day and toilet paper not replenished or coffee. We did not requested more because it was the last night but definitely something that needs improvement. Everything else was good. Help desk was able to help us get a taxi to the airport, answered our questions. I will recommend AQA if you are staying in Florence with your family.

Room was great, clean and tidy. One note regarding the shower; getting in and out of the tub is difficult due to its height. One could easily hurt themselves. Just a thought to let guests know

Amazing stay!! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at AQA! Everything was perfect from the communication prior to our arrival to the room itself and everything in between. It was our first time driving a car in downtown Florence which was an adventure of its own, but the AQA staff made everything easy. Will definitely be back!

Stellar property, clean, spacious, well appointed. Bathroom is larger than my spare bedroom with a huge shower. Closet with abundant space. Breakfast is beyond belief. Staff is phenomenal. If you visit Florance, this is the place to stay.

Good location but not personal in the property

We do not see any personal team in 3 days and 2 nights. If you call them, they will charge you $50 per call. They do not provide you any whatsap number but we received several whatsap text asking for payments of city tax after we leave the property. We never see how to get the balcony showing in the promotional pictures. No elevator or it was close all the time.
