Angelico's Urban Loft

Step into an open space kitchen and living area that invites relaxation and socializing. The living area is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. Overlooking this area is a mezzanine, which features a versatile sleeping area with two single beds and a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work or study.

Additionally, the apartment boasts a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, providing all the essentials for a refreshing start to your day. For moments of outdoor enjoyment, a small terrace with a table and chairs overlooks the back of the building, offering a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dish washer. It is located on the first floor without an elevator, but the stairs are easy to navigate.

Mixed Feelings

Communication was great, locations was good, apartment is very cute, but needs some TLC (looks better on line). If cleanliness is not important, then this could be the perfect place for you. Counters were dirty, cobwebs, shower curtain was moldy and there was a mildew-y smell in the refrigerator. However, property manager came same day to address the issue with the refrigerator. We also needed an iron and he brought one over.

This was a spacious property on two levels. Reasonably clean, and comfortable, it was about a 25 min walk to the city Centre.

Fantastic Place

This is an adorable apartment in a local neighborhood. Easy 10 minute walk to the historic area and only 5-10 minutes to the river. The apartment was clean and properly represented in the listing. Does have a staircase to get to the apartment, although it was only 2 flights and an easy climb. Would definitely recommend.
