Convenient location near the station. Staff were very helpful. There is someone there 24/7. Room felt a bit industrial but was spacious and totally fine place to sleep.

Very near from Firenze S.M.Novella station. Hotel Staffs are kind and friendly. Hotel entrance faced to the street seems a little bit not a hotel like but it is actually a good hotel. If I will plan to go to Firenze again, this hotel will be a candidate hotel.

False advertising at its finest. The Arcadie Guesthouse is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It felt more like a low-security prison than a cozy "guesthouse." Unfortunately, when we brought up our concerns with the front desk, Arcadia was defensive in how their pictures online misrepresented reality. They were also unwilling to provide us even a partial-refund for checking out after the first night. We also learned that Arcadia has a hotel AND guesthouse in a very confusing building layout. The guesthouse is more of a 1-star hotel, whereas the hotel is the 3-star property. Adds to the confusion when doing research on their website. Won't be staying there again and I hope nobody else does either.

Fica bem perto do metrô é bem prático e fica a poucos minutos dos pontos turísticos dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é bem confortável, bom chuveiro, tem o barulho de trem pq fica do lado da estação mais não atrapalha nada. Eu recomendo e ficaria novamente. Da pra deixar as malas depois do check out

If you want luxury, this is definitely NOT for you! However, I have to be completely honest and fair. The location is excellent. Out of the airport, on to the tram (€2), 18 minutes later I’m right outside the hotel. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre and just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, the shower and a/c worked perfectly and the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. The only downside is the look of the room. It was extremely bare and basic with some very random furniture! Thankfully I do not spend much time in my hotel room when I travel, but I imagine for some people this would have been a problem. However, of all the things to be improved, this is probably the easiest.
