Everything about our stay here was top notch. Our room was amazing, very clean and had 2 separate rooms , kitchenette and a good size bathroom. It was also so nice to use their spa with sauna and pool to relax after the day of non stop walking. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast with great variety of dishes. Location is close to all attractions. Definitely would recommend staying here!

I loved the location! Very close to the Duomo and places to eat and shop! Also in walking distance from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with storing my luggage before and after check-out so I could freely move about the city!

The rooms were bigger than typical European / Italian hotels. Had a living room area and small kitchen area with small refrigerator cook top and coffee maker. The hotel has a spa with heating soaking pool and a sanua. The location is excellent, walkable to shopping dinning and the Domo. Staff was super friendly. Wouldnt stay anywhere else while visiting Florence.

Our room 102 was amazing, good size, very clean and perfectly decorated. The staff were welcoming, very helpful and informative. Simona was so lovely and friendly, we shared some laughs with her. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, I like the fact the fresh fruit, meats and cheese were covered to keep fresh and stop any insects. The hotel is a very old building, with a modern feel and the spa was an added bonus. It is positioned in a perfect location. We look forward to going back in the future.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. A special shout-out to May at the reception for her exceptional service. She was always welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A amazing Boutique hotel right in the middle of everything Florence. Walking distance to all the main attractions if that what you are planning, and also walking distance to restaurants, shopping and if you are adventurous, across the bridge to the less tourist-y local restaurants and shops. We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this was definitely a great experience and we would recommend this stay to couples looking for a good location in the center of Florence with free breakfast and a boutique hotel feel.
