很赞性价比很高的住宿

位置较好，距离圣母百花大教堂只有5分钟的步行距离，距离火车站20分钟，附件有Subway和麦当劳；老板和蔼可亲，每天早上送早饭到房间也很赞；房间天花板有壁画，房间和厕所面积都较大；楼下有4道锁；总之性价比很高；不足在于酒店大门非常隐蔽，第一次找很容易错过。

Alles lief gut. Lage top, etwas laut, da es am Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist aber sehr praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. In der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants und Mini-Geschäfte.

El peor hospedaje en el que he estado.

Todo mal, es un Bed&Breakfast sin atención permanente, la persona que se presento como "dueño" del negocio es un extranjero residente (peruano, de nombre Gonzalo), coordinamos al llegar para encontrarnos en la propiedad, nos hizo la entrega de la habitación muy rápido y se retiró, reservamos la habitación triple standar siendo 2 personas solo para tener más espacio, no existía refrigerador, no existía caja fuerte en la recepción porque no hay recepción, no existe consigna de equipaje porque ninguna persona permanece en la propiedad, tampoco asistencia turística porque ninguna persona permanece en la propiedad, no existe una sala de ordenadores, en la antesala de las habitaciones existe un computador (siempre apagado) que no nos fué ofrecido y no vimos a ningún otro pasajero ocuparlo. El desayuno de las fotos no existe, debes solicitarlo en un restaurant a unos 30 metros del edificio y consiste en un café un croassant y un vaso de jugo de caja. La TV no funcionaba, vino este hombre peruano a llamado y después de 15 minutos dejo 3 canales que se cortaban constantemente, no tienen arrendado un sistema de TV por cable, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, estaba prendido pero no enfriaba el aire, durante los 3 días de estadía tuvimos 28° grados centígrados de temperatura día y noche, tenían instalado un ventilador que movía el aire caliente. Finalmente el día antes de nuestra salida simplemente no llegaron a hacer el aseo, llamé y no me quisieron atender.

Péssima acomodação do Cavour 10

A estadia no Cavour 10 foi péssima. A acomodação diz que tem recepção até as 21:30, não tinha recepção nenhuma. Chegamos às 20:00 e não conseguimos entrar no apartamento. Após algum tempo chegou uma pessoa dizendo ser o gerente da acomodação, e verificou que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, não providenciaram nada , nem troca de apartamento e nem o concerto!!! Quando pedimos o Wi-Fi ( que a acomodação dizia ter) o funcionário disse que seu expediente já estava encerrado , ficamos sem o wi fi. Tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta ( com cheiro de cigarro vindo da rua)e quando foi 4:30 da manhã veio um cheiro insuportável de esgoto. Tivemos que sair do apartamento às pressas. Perguntei sobre a garagem que diziam ter disponível, e me mandaram para uma rua a 20 min de distância do local ( numa garagem privada) ou que eu estacionasse na rua. Perguntei sobre o Wi-Fi e não obtive nenhuma resposta ( como segue o print da conversa pelo WhatsApp). A pia do banheiro estava entupida Lugar sujo e mal cuidado Solicito em caráter de urgência a devolução do meu pagamento feito em cartão . E gostaria que um aplicativo que sempre me passou tanta segurança, tomasse providências quanto a essa acomodação. Para que outras pessoas não fossem enganadas, como eu fui!!!

No tea or coffee facilities, dirty bathroom, someone else's hairy soap was left in shower, blocked sink, smell of drains. No one for check in you have to ring and then follow WhatsApp instructions. Breakfast is down street in nearby cafe, this is a coffee and pastry which was ok. Location of property excellent.

I loved that this location was partnered with a local cafe. That was a great option for our complimentary breakfast! The balcony was perfect and the room was spacious and clean.

Extremely disappointing. Not recommended.

No communication from the property prior to arrival. We arrived early to leave our bags as offered in the booking, but no one was there. The property could not be contacted through the Hotels app. We went back at check in time, but again no one was there. Another traveller let us in to the building and made contact with the manager for us. He arrived at the property 1.5 hours later and claimed he had no contact details for us. Our details are correct in the app and other properties have had no such issues. Other travellers confirmed similar issues with this property. Despite the room being ok, we could not recommend this property.

Positive is it is a great location. And the room was pretty. Downside, horrible communication. No response to multiple messages sent through Expedia. No one on site for check in. Had to phone and was told they’d be there soon. Not in the least bit apologetic for the circumstances. Wifi signal extremely weak. Locks to the room are an art you need to figure out. Breakfast included was not as expected. Was down the street at a cafe, you got a pastry, a coffee and juice. I actually liked that, but wasn’t a full meal if that’s what you are looking for.

Awful! Read the other reviews and avoid. Not as advertised. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Broken fans. Air con broken (it was 35 C outside and 31 C inside !), staff unresponsive. They REALLY don’t give a hoot about their guess, and the room is the pits. Because of the location they will just book the next sucker in. If you want to live like a backpacker with no ventilation or aircon, and moldy bathroom with no amenities of any sort, go for it. Otherwise, take heed that everything in the advert is a lie, and you will get nothing but disappointment.

Nasty and moldy bathroom with a towel rail that was heating the room in the 35C heatwave. No vents in the bathroom.

This thing with nasty straws was the main decoration on a dresser.

None of this works, don’t get your hopes up. You won’t even get breakfast.

To begin, aside from being a scam due to the description and past reviews about conditions and locks/electrical/ac issues there is also theft with the housekeeping. We currently are investigating and requesting a refund due to multiple reasons as apparently past guests have experienced similar issues (over past years) which I’ve spoken with Expedia.Upon arrival in 95 degree weather no ac or power in building due to “construction issues “.However reviews going back years state same issues which means property is not safe or maintained.AC was fixed by late evening however appliances,outlets and Wi-Fi all not working. Towel’s never changed.Floors dirty plus furniture.Fridge stop working.No Wi-Fi for 4 of 5 days plus only 2 working outlets.More importantly this is NOT a hotel or bed and breakfast as listed.Definitely no room service as listed(can’t even get coffee refills).Laundry means you walk 5-6 blocks to do yourself.Lock to room is unsecure, plus you’re able to completely see through to room.Cracked glass in bathroom window. Taped outlet near sink.Slow draining shower.Entry to building is pitch black walking up a flight of stairs.Now to the theft. We were told not possible as Gonzalo knew housekeeping girls.Upon saying we were contacting authorities, we were told, oh yes, well they did take your items but mistakenly took them astrash which were on top of our suitcase!We’re told by Gonzalo money would be refunded from cleaning company, however nothing plus blocked calls. Unfortunately, this stay was not a good one. They didn’t get the air conditioning to work properly until the last day even though they were told it was not running cold. No hot water the entire time and refrigerator was not working and they were told day one. They told us that some of the sockets blew but they were not quick to solve the problem.

Nobody to open at the arrival,manager was called by a business owner from downstairs , fridge ,hairdryer not working,defective lock at the room door and apartment entrance sometimes did not open b/c it was locked from inside , water on the bathroom floor probably from a broken water pipe that is not fixed.Loose handle almost breaking in pieces at the balcony door.On the service section of the property description is breakfast but non existing in reality.This property is neglected and not customer friendly.

The location can’t be beat. This is an Airbnb type property and the office isn’t staffed - I missed the message sent from them in advance of check in so we had to wait for someone to come over to check us in (about 20 mins) The building is old and a bit dirty but the room was cool - high ceilings, overlooking the street, great old marble floors etc. The breakfast is included at a little coffee shop a couple doors down and was adequate.
