Recently renovated modern apartment, on the second floor of a typical Florentine building without lift located in a very central position a few steps from Piazza Della Repubblica. The well-kept and comfortable apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two complete bathrooms with shower and a balcony. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A set of towels and linens not existing or not associated with code in Kalisi or incorrect bed code is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
