Facing the Boboli Gardens, this charming apartment is so welcoming that stepping inside will immediately make you feel at home. Nestled on the first floor of a historic building with exposed beams, it offers tranquility and the beauty of experiencing a marvelous journey in the center of Florence while listening to the birdsong from the Boboli Gardens.

As you enter, the cozy living room adorned with Bahamian-style plants will make you feel pampered. Comfortable sofas can be transformed into beds if needed. The modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine, is ready to preopare your favorite meals. There's a dining table for your convenience. This space comfortably accommodates five or six guests. In the first room, you'll find a double bed, and from there, you can access the second room, featuring another double bed and overlooking the Boboli Gardens, allowing you to enjoy the delightful melodies of singing birds."

Great Location, Nice Place, but Needs better Management and Thought

I hope these issues are addressed: 1. Lack of window screens: only one window had a screen (though there was a gap in it). This normally wouldnt be an issue except the apartment doesnt have AC, and there is only one tiny little fan thats not powerful enough to do much cooling. So we opened the windows just for a couple minutes to cool off; unfortunately a thousand mosquitos flew in and we all got ate up at night. We awoke to 50+ bites. 2. Hot, no fans: similar to the above it had a tiny fan for 5 people. We're fine without AC, but you cant have an apartment in Florence in the summer with one tiny fan and no AC. 3. Washing machine was broken (the start button was removed) - they didnt let us know and seemed surprised when I brought it up after the fact. 4. Despite advertising the place to sleep 6, they left no extra sheets or pillow cases for the living room beds. We found some blankets (again, hot, no fan, no open window = brutal). When I brought this up the manager said it was our job to inform her how many people would be there (if it sleeps six, it needs to have bedding for six regardless of whether we let them know or not). 5. Shower curtain was gross and moldy. I have more but VRBO wont let me list them due to space constraints. In short, we nearly melted while staying here One last note we weren't aware of: you enter the 2nd bedroom through the 1st (no privacy). All of the above issues can be easily fixed and I hope are. The apt itself was very nice and clean.

wonderful spot next to the Boboli Gardens

Very comfortable 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds that worked perfectly for our family of four. Walking distance from the Boboli Gardens, Santo Spirito, the Pitti palace and so many restaurants. Great communication via WhatsApp with the host.

Our favorite B&B of our trip

We loved our stay here! it was clean, spacious (more than enough room for our family) and the beds were sooo comfortable (had my best sleep of our entire trip). The host was so communicative and helpful. Easy check in, excellent location. Beautiful space and kitchen! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Florence!!!

Struttura molto carina e funzionale, a pochi minuti dal centro. Cucina ben fornita. Ambienti accoglienti. Piccola nota negativa: mancanza di una tenda alla finestra della camera da letto, sprovvista anche delle porte esterne. Sarebbe gradita una televisione nel salone. Host disponibile e cordiale. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per visitare Firenze comodamente.
