I would stay here again! Clean!Very close to the train station and very central in Florence. The host is very kind! She even recommended wonderful sites and resturants. Very sweet people! The building has an elevator so if you packed a lot you can use the elevator. I was concerned staying near a train station but the noise didn’t bother me. She provides ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise but myself and my husband didn’t need them. Overall I would come back and recommend to stay here if family asked. Thank you for everything! Grazie!

Very nice stay. Small property, maybe 5 or 6 rooms, but very nice. Location can’t be beat. Literally a 2 minute walk from the main train station, so easy to arrive and drop your bags. Then a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Lots of stores. Bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. On arrival, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host clearly care about their guest and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The place is close to train station making travel from and to Florence easy. A lot of restaurants around the area, and a walking distance to Academie Gallery and Santa Maria Fiore cathedral.

Just 3 minutes walking distance from the train station, facility is clean and spacious , safe and all other things to do is walkable from the hotel . I’m going to stay back here when we come back .

We loved our stay at G&G Suites. The location is so convenient to the train station and the main attractions of the city. The room was clean, bright and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of her way to highlight the main attractions and best walking routes on a map for us. She accommodated our early arrival and helped store our bags after we checked out. Highly recommend!

Lovely room, the photos don't do it justice. The owners were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great communication via email prior to arrival. It was also easy to get to all the main attractions and great if you're arriving by train because its so close to the station. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. Very good experience

We loved our stay here. The team was very welcoming and it was easy to find from the SMN train station. The room was very clean, comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. Highly recommend it and we hope to stay here again.

The staff were very nice and accommodating and also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and visit. The room had a cute window and was cleaned very well every morning. The location was also convenient because it was very close to SMN station. Overall, we have zero complaint and are thankful for the staff’s service! On a side note, their capsule coffee was very tasty!

Clean and safe hotel

This is a satisfactory hotel literally steps away from the main train station in Florence. It is not a quiet sleep (very thin walls, lots of external noise) but it was so close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the main sights in Florence. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. This isn't a super-comfortable, super-fun hotel, but it IS convenient, safe, and clean. If all you need is a place to sleep, this hotel is a good choice.

Great Staff and Hotel

The staff are so helpful, they will tell you where to go if need some help in that regards. I had some paperwork I needed printing up staff help me out. The hotel is ideal location by the train and ferry. I would definitely comeback and stay here hands down.

Die Vermieter der Unterkunft waren ausserst zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wurden bei Anreise und Abreise herrvorragen betreut. Die Lage ist für Bahnreisende Top, und mann kann die ganze Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen.
